Prium Homeowner Agreement

This Homeowner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the homeowner or property owner ("Client") and Prium ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the Prium platform and submitting a project request, you agree to the following terms.

Prium is a platform that connects homeowners with independent third-party contractors for construction, renovation, maintenance, and home service projects.

Prium acts as a project coordination and contractor connection platform only.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Contractors connected through Prium are independent third parties
• Prium does not directly perform construction or trade work
• Prium does not guarantee workmanship, timelines, or project outcomes
• Final agreements for work are between the homeowner and contractor unless otherwise stated in writing

Any estimates or pricing provided through Prium are based on information available at the time and may change depending on:

• project scope
• site conditions
• materials
• labour availability
• unforeseen circumstances

Final pricing may vary and should be confirmed before work begins.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• All payments for projects connected through Prium must be processed exclusively through Prium
• Prium acts as the mandatory payment intermediary for all Prium-facilitated projects
• Contractors are strictly prohibited from collecting direct payment from homeowners for Prium-generated projects unless authorized in writing by Prium
• Deposits, milestone payments, progress payments, and final balances may be collected, held, and distributed by Prium according to project agreements
• Payment schedules and release of funds may vary depending on project scope, milestones, inspections, or dispute resolution requirements
• Any attempt to bypass Prium payment processing, avoid platform fees, or arrange off-platform payments may result in termination of service, removal from the Prium network, cancellation of projects, and possible legal action

By using the Prium platform, the Client agrees that all financial transactions related to Prium-connected projects must remain within the Prium payment system.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project information
• Communicate respectfully with contractors and Prium representatives
• Ensure reasonable site access where required
• Obtain approvals, permits, or permissions where applicable unless otherwise agreed
• Review all quotes and project details before approval

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prium is not liable for:

• contractor workmanship or performance
• delays or scheduling issues
• project disputes
• property damage
• pricing disputes
• losses arising from contractor services

Use of the platform is at the Client's own risk.

Prium aims to connect Clients with contractors best suited to their project needs. However, Prium does not guarantee contractor availability or acceptance of every project request.

Prium reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service if:

• false information is provided
• abusive conduct occurs
• platform misuse occurs
• payment obligations are not met
